Anatomy in Motion

The "Finding Centre" Course is a 6 day program designed to give you an opportunity to investigate how joints work together in an integrated way, not just in theory, also in practice (lots of practice) to notice how small changes on a whole body scale can make dramatic differences in how you feel in your body. With this insight, we then begin to delve (both theoretically and practically) into the journey undertaken by ALL joints in the gait cycle, as the body rocks and rolls from left foot to right foot and from heel to toe.

If you would like to know WHAT Gary does, as well as the philosophy which underpins the AiM courses, this information is easily accessible in his book “What The Foot”. We recommend that everyone reads this book first as it is the most cost effective way of learning more about the course before actually investing in it (it is also a pre-requisite for attending the course).

We will use the Flow Motion Model™ to help us navigate "through" the Human Body - Assessment, Interpretation and Application. Using the model to create a spectrum in our thinking, we set about re-establishing a long lost way of interacting with the body and, thus, ourselves in order to start this journey back to "Finding Centre".

You will be accompanied by returning learners who have already completed the program and who will be present to hear, see, feel, experience and be part of the process again with new filters in place for their own deeper learning's as well as to support and inspire you in yours.
