Shoulders and Arms Dissection
In this dissection course we will explore the myofascial tracks unique to Tom Myers Anatomy Trains, the arm lines. We will explore the arm lines from where they originate at the shoulder, this is also how they are named.
For the Deep Front Arm lines we will follow the pectoralis minor and clavipectoral fascia as it leaves the ribs and coracoid process.
For the Superficial Front Arm Lines we’ll follow the pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi from the clavicle and the humerus.
For the Deep Back Arm Lines we go from the spinous and transverse processes of the cervical and thoracic spine by following the rhomboids and levator scapulae.
The Superficial Back Arm Lines will take us from the occiput to the scapulae by following the connections between the trapezius and the deltoid.
Finally we will explore the connections between the rhomboids, the serratus anterior, the external obliques and finally into the interal obliques.
