Course Description

The equivalent of two days of training with world leaders in cycling injury prevention and management, where you will learn current best practice in cycling assessment and bike set-up, in a convenient live workshop format. At the end of your course, you will have an enhanced ability to assess the cycling body, rehabilitate and load manage. You will learn how to fit the bike to the cyclist's body to rule out bike fit as a problem source and have a working knowledge of current cycling science.
