Webinar Prof. Eamonn Delahunt PhD: Using Rehabilitation Oriented ASsessmenT (ROAST) to enhance the specificity of treatment following acute lateral ankle sprain injury
Current management strategies for acute lateral ankle sprains are woefully inadequate and physiotherapists are partly culpable … hence, the need for the Rehabilitation Oriented ASsessmenT (ROAST) consensus statement of the International Ankle Consortium
- To develop a comprehensive understanding of the theory underpinning the development of this new consensus statement
- To be able to perform a pragmatic structured clinical assessment for individuals presenting with an acute ankle sprain injury
- To be able to implement the clinical assessment components of Rehabilitation Oriented ASsessmenT with the objective of using these to guide the development to patient-specific rehabilitation
